Check your spam or go to your account: 

- You can find your booking with the access code in the “My bookings” section.
- You can see how to enter the car park by clicking the “+” in the “Parking access” section.

This option is available at certain car parks. 

Depending on the car park, the option has different advantages: dedicated spaces, close to the exit and access to the platforms, door protection, etc.

You can see the advantages on the “My options” page when booking.

Booking online guarantees you a space in the car park for your chosen time slot.

You cannot make a booking for a motorbike. 

You can book a space for a utility vehicle at certain car parks. 

To check availability for this type of booking, go to the page of your chosen car park. In the “Booking” section, click the “Vehicle type” dropdown.

You cannot make a booking at our car parks. You must book via effia.com.

Some car parks offer unlimited entry and exit for the duration of the reservation. This is indicated on the parking page and throughout your online booking process.

Yes, you can make a reservation for 1 hour at the earliest.
