If you have received a 6-digit access code, you can use it to:
- enter and leave the car park
- use the car park’s pedestrian entrances
If your badge isn’t working, go to your car park’s information desk, where our team will find a solution.
You can find the information desk’s opening hours on your car park’s webpage on the effia.com site.
As a temporary measure, you can contact a member of staff remotely by pressing the call button on the entry and exit barriers.

Your Navigo pass will be programmed remotely.
You will use your Navigo pass to access the car park – you will need it at the entry and exit barriers.
The car park team will provide you with your badge. Go to the car park’s information desk.
