My badge isn’t working, what should I do?

If your badge isn’t working, go to your car park’s information desk, where our team will find a solution.

You can find the information desk’s opening hours on your car park’s webpage on the effia.com site

As a temporary measure, you can contact a member of staff remotely by pressing the call button on the entry and exit barriers.

How will I receive my access badge?

The car park team will provide you with your badge. Go to the car park’s information desk.

You can find the information desk’s opening hours in the welcome letter you receive via email.

If you haven’t received your badge 5 days before your subscription starts, click here to contact customer services.

As a temporary measure, you can contact a member of staff to let you in by pressing the call button at the entry and exit barriers.
